I often get asked, “What does Mobile Computer Repair do?”. We repair computers in a mobile fashion. We are 100% on-site, meaning we come to you, and we fix computers and most computer-related things (printers, networks, smart homes, laptops, desktops, etc.). That’s right, we come to you, no need to unplug all those wires, risk breaking your equipment more by dragging it across town, and leaving it for an undisclosed time waiting for it to be repaired.
In most cases, we are at your home/office/etc. within 24-48 hours after making an appointment. Also, in most cases where replacement parts are not necessary, the issue is resolved on the same day and on the same visit! Often, when parts are needed, we try to establish that when making the appointment, and have the replacements specific to your computer and issue before coming out the first time!
We do replace laptop screens, keyboards, upgrades on both laptops and desktops, full custom pc builds, answer questions, do our best to teach those who would like to learn more about their computer, data recovery both locally and with a 3rd party vendor, we have recently partnered with a gaming PC builder that offers Lifetime Service Policy!

Things we don’t do: Phones, soldering on boards (given the mobile nature of our business, it is not reasonable to maintain the equipment necessary to do micro soldering), and that’s about it.
